Lovely reception staff and areas are kept very clean and tidy. Rami is my dentist and is very pleasant and professional during check ups and carried out my filling yesterday and a scan for whitening trays. The dental nurses are always warm and welcoming.
I had my latest hygienist appt with Lauren who did an excellent clean on my teeth - she was very thorough. I moved to this surgery as my previous dentist in Chippenham retired and I wanted to use a local surgery for convenience. I did quite a bit of research to select which dental practice to use and I’m very pleased with my choice.

Ridge Dental are THE BEST! They always accommodate me. John is both honest and kind, he is always gentle. I have also experienced a few others in the practice and the follow the same ethos. Fabulous atmosphere as soon as I walked in- reception staff very welcoming
The hygienist was gentle and efficient , and very informative , the dentist was relaxed putting me at ease and very thorough. The nurse with the hygienist was very gentle and very efficient . All in all I would go anywhere else . 5 star

Due to putting work first, I haven’t been to a dental surgery since lockdown first ended (where I had a root canal). My root was given a filling originally which lasted longer than expected. Sadly in May, part of the same tooth broke and I was scared I would lose my tooth. Not only was I put at ease but everyone at the Ridge put me at ease and even saved my tooth, understood my anxiety without me even saying I was anxious, and crowned my tooth to make it stronger than it was after my root canal. I’m so pleased with the results and can’t fault the service from everyone - I feel like I’m one of the family; so much so that I’ve re-prioritised my life to ensure I feel I’m not disappointing the guys at the Ridge.
