Update: been discharged from their service a month ago they told me yesterday. The complaint I raised was ignored by their staff and had to be elevated to higher authorities. I can find hundreds of ex patients of this practice in this area and they all left because these issues have been present for years, so long that their staff think that is the correct way to behave. Useless doctors careless reception staff. Been suffering severe pains for over 12 months and they've cancelled every single appointment I've had to take a look into the pain. They've taken absolute liberties with my mental health issues and made a joke out of the non existent NHS Talking Therapies service they advertise as being in their office but doesn't actually exist. Refferals to third parties keep disappearing medication is always late so never consistently taken and simply, they just don't care. Medical negligence is guaranteed with this GP office avoid this hell hole at all costs. The rating for this doctor's office is still above the level of care you will receive, and it's currently rated 1.5 stars and constantly decreasing. This GP will not improve not are they willing to deal with the issues they have created for their patients. If this place is still operating within a year I'll be amazed. The head GP will leave the office early even if he's still got appointments booked in, and leave the patients with nobody to speak to. Reception staff are rude and abusive towards their patients. This place would rather see your health decline to the point your dependant on others for survival before they'll even treat you. They put me forward for blood tests and cancer screenings just to remove me from their practice records before the date of those appointments leaving me ill over Christmas with no help available anywhere and no idea what's causing the illness. I had no contact from them prior to the appointments being cancelled and being discharged from the service. Avoid this place like it's the plague before they go and create another plague.

Already reviewed at 1 star in the past but only got worse since then too. The other day I was 3 minutes late to an appointment I had to argue for weeks to even get booked because of the incompetent receptionists not listening to my problems, only to be told the doctor had left at 4pm, half an hour before my appointment was even scheduled. The rude staff then tried to blame me for being late when they had no intention of seeing me anyway. Today, I turn up 15 minutes early to counter it just to be left waiting for over an hour to be seen by a mental health practitioner who did nothing to help the situation, they just tried to pass me back off to a service that started my details being passed around therapists like a carousel of counsellors who never do anything to help. This GP is useless. You can barely ever get an appointment, most of them get cancelled anyway without you being contacted, and when you ask for help they will literally put the phone down on you. This GP office is more than likely operating as simply a front to drain money from the NHS than it is to be operating as a doctors office. You don’t get help in this building, you’re lucky if you get any treatment, and if you raise any concerns or issues with their complaints procedure the staff, doctors included, continue to verbally abuse and berate you for simply experiencing the problems they create. After two years with this gp and constantly declining physical and mental health in that time, I’ve managed to see a doctor twice. I’m on suicide watch and their only option of getting me any help was mindsmatter, a service documented for not being qualified to help with serious mental health issues only offering basic talking therapies. They offer me one medication that should work, then a week later offer something incomparable that has no chance of even working. I have had enough of asking for help and getting nothing back.
Edit; they’ve also refused to carry on with my previous GPS regular heart checks to try and find the underlying issue to my heart issues, told me I’m too young to have heart issues despite my dead dad being disagnosed with chronic heart disease at a younger age than I am now, and he died from it. Instead, they gave me meds that you aren’t allowed to take with the condition my previous gp was investigating. This means the mental health meds I was promised were taken away, I got given something less effective as an anti depressant and more likely to add to the severe stomach issues they’ve already caused me by leaving me on gastro resistant pain meds for years instead of helping find the root cause of that problem too.
If this is a legitimate NHS Trust General Practitioners office, there is no hope for the NHS it’s already dead.

Horrendous service- got there for my appointment time and waiting at the reception for 15 minutes while the very rude receptionist Kate was on the phone. When she's finally come to the reception she says that I'm late for my appointment. When I explained that i were there on time waiting for her she says she's not arguing and to rebook the appointment. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the reception staff.

Their website worked so badly that there are no words. You can never get through by phone. If you call after a few hours, there are never any available appointments. I waited over 3 months to register at this surgery and I did not receive a message until I asked the question myself.

Terrible waiting times on the phone. I called mid-day, off peak time for a simple request. I was waiting for 40 minutes before someone picked up the phone who was not even helpful! Disgraceful service for their patients.

If you're trying to call abit later in the day for an appointment don't bother pressing option 1, as they never answer the phone!!! They just leave you waiting for over 40 minutes even thou you are caller number 1 in the queue !!! This isn't the first time this has happened! !very unprofessional this practice, the reception staff are not medically trained to be giving advice out over the phone too!!! " have you tried any over the counter medicine" are you qualified medically qualified to give advice out over the phone!! No that' why drs/nurses have degrees!!!

I went with my daughter to consult a doctor. They have no idea how to evaluate a patient. I treated her with mebeverine and I send analysis for parasitological markers never get any answers. What's the point by having family doctor if always I need to treat me and my family with my knowledge. That's frustrated
