Bad customer service. They do not respond on e mails or WhatsApp messages. So I paid a 100 pounds, thought I lost IT but the package was delivered today. Well Packed. Long expiring date.

Unfortunately, they don’t take note of the previous negative comments as it happened again. I ordered something, sent few emails as it was an urgent need, on the website it’s written 3 to 7 days for Europe, now after 18 days, I’m still waiting for the package. I sent messages to the team, they told me they would come back to me after 2 days which didn’t happen. After few days I said I have to cancel and asked for a refund as I won’t be here to receive te package anymore and as it’s medicine, I could not wait a month to get the remedy. I had to do otherwise. They refused to refund me though I won’t be able to receive the package. They lack of professionalism and don’t realize they are not the only one to bring Ayurveda products to Europe and if it takes longer than written on the website they should be able to refund. I don’t recommend you to buy with them.

Placed order over £50 so can get free delivery. Received order but most edible items had SHORT USE BY DATE. I took photos and WhatsApp Deepak, he text me to return the whole order and NEVER ORDER FROM HIS COMPANY. I rang and said who is paying return post? He said the company will pay FULL COST OF POSTAGE. I returned same day, postage cost me £8.13. I immediately sent copy of receipt. Few days later he sent me photo of Chywanprash jar seal damaged. I told him that I did not open anything at all. He told me to claim damage from ROYAL MAIL. I chased for refund and got £40.72 including £3.25 return postage. Minus £12.99 for Chywanprash. They supply old stock then get angry on customer saying dont use their company and I was Out of Pocket. I wanted to keep few itmes that had Long Use bt Date but he did not give me chance to say. They blame the customer and not themselves.

I have had several massages, found them all very therapeutic and relaxing. Dr is very knowledgeable and professional, she pays great attention while massaging. The new place is very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Reyansh.

Visited here for the first time although I have had a ayurvedic massage before at a different place. Had my massage with Dr Sunanda , friendly lady and her massage technique was very good. The massage room was warm( which is important during a massage)small but clean and relaxing music playing. The only thing I would say is not to talk with client during massage because it spoils the relaxation. Price was £45 which is reasonable.

Had a bad shoulder ace due to continuous sitting in front of pc, my body has become very stiff, with just one treatment at Reyansh, my body was so much relaxed and my shoulder has become better. I really enjoyed the serene environment of the centre. Would definitely recommend it for any sort of muscle pain or even just relaxation.

I can highly recommend Reyansh. I knew Sunanda from her previous job in Southall and followed her to her new clinic. Even though its quite far for me, I do try to come regularly. She just knows exactly what to do about my chronic shoulderpain (from working long hours on a computer), and every time i leave i feel so much better. She also recommended a few exercises for me to do at home. And all that at a very reasonable price. Really very happy with the service!

Would highly recommend these practitioners, who are very accomplished in their ayurvedic knowledge, which is very difficult to come by in this day and age as well as in a western country. They were able to diagnose me via massage and provided sound advice, which was priceless to me at the time.
