Why is it that having carried a heavy bag of donations containing both bric-a-brac and toys, the lady on till refused the whole lot just because they were not taking toys at the moment? Don't you want the bric-a-brac to sell? You didn't even want to look to see what I was giving you! Instead she told me to take it all to Chestnut Tree House charity shop. Which nearly killed me because I have a heart condition and I don't drive, so walking down there with the heavy bag of donations wasn't great. Plus I had chosen Revitalise because I wanted them to benefit from selling it, which is why I had originally brought the donations to them and not one of the other charity shops in Havant. Guess what? You won't be getting any more donations from me following this experience.
