First visit to RE-UP on Sunday and first experience with Hot & Cold Recovery.

I can’t rate this place highly enough. Top tier.

Dan the owner takes great pride in his space and rightly so, RE-UP has clearly been meticulously planned to make the most of the experience.

The coffee shop/refreshments area is welcoming and the menu is great. Serving the nicest coffee I have ever had from Low Tide Coffee Co. You can also infuse your drinks with numerous additions from the health and wellness sector.

The important part - first a foremost the sauna, offering dual heat through infrared and traditional water on coals, you with struggle to find a sauna that keeps such a consistent high temperature, this can be tailored to your preference, ours was “Hotter than Hell” at between 105 and 110 degrees throughout. Same goes for the ice baths, set at a constant temperature of 3.2 degrees with no deviation. We went from sauna to ice baths 3 times each and the benefits since have been immense.

The facilities are welcoming and incredibly clean and tidy.

I highly recommend a trip to RE-UP and will be making this part of my weekly schedule from now on.

This joint is the ultimate place to unwind the ice baths and sauna are great for recovery, the smoothies are delicious check out the blue one it's my favorite
