I go to Restoring Health once a week for physio.
Deborah and her team are absolutely amazing, making you feel looked after and very comfortable.
Kush who is my therapist is brilliant. She is professional and very knowledgeable. The muscle pain I was dealing with when I first arrived several weeks ago, has now totally gone
The whole process and therapy has been successful. I cannot recommend restoring health and the team of people there enough, they have really made a positive change in my life. I am better for going to restoring health.

Had a great foot massage today by Khush best massage I’ve ever had . Khush is lovely and professional I was also met as I arrived by the owner Debbie who was very welcoming . I Will definitely be recommending , as next time I will book in for the water bed massage which looks great . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first appointment was impressive! Absolutely beautiful premises, clean, warm, comfortable and just gorgeous. I met 3 staff members - all friendly, professional and welcoming. Izabela did my treatment ‘Dry needling’. She was knowledgeable, considerate, reassuring, informative and beyond helpful. The treatment didn’t hurt and I have booked in for my 2nd appointment next week. I feel more reassured by one appointment here than I was during months of hospital treatment for my lower back/bulging discs pain. Cannot recommend Izabela enough. The whole set up is impressive.

I visited Khush for a massage on the hydrotherm and thoroughly enjoyed it. She listened to my concerns regarding my neck and back and dealt with them brilliantly and I felt so much better after and also slept Brilliantly too. Deborah and her team have been visiting my sister in her care home to help her mobility. They have been flexible and caring and have continued to provide therapy under challenging circumstances. Deborah has worked with the staff at the care home to investigate possibilities for continuing exercise. My sister enjoys their visits very much. We value their expertise and cheerful determination to do the best they can for my sister.

I was recommended to see Deborah at Restoring Health due to continued pain in my lower back following an old injury that i just never recovered from. The treatment I received was amazing and unlike anything I have previously had with another Physiotherapists. This was in December 2023 and my back has been in excellent condition since Deborah worked her magic! Not only were the problems treated but understanding why it is happening really helps in the recovery process and understanding the pain better. The facilities are beautiful, very welcoming and calming. You will always leave feeling a million times better and super relaxed. I have just booked in for some Acupuncture... cant wait!
