The physio sessions have been incredibly helpful. I had tennis elbow and this was very painful, especially as my work is repetitive and I do constantly need to use my arm and hand where the injury is. The physio, Rafail, was brilliant; I felt really comfortable with him treating me, he was friendly, gave very useful tips on how to improve my injury and gave me regular exercises. I feel that the massages also helped to relieve the pain. The six weeks went very quickly, although I am hopeful that my injury will improve as I now know the exercises I need to do to relieve any pain moving forward, and Rafail has sent useful videos to help me to remember. Thank you Rafail, big thumbs up from me for your help and support.

I went due to Tennis Elbow flaring up. Received a clear and simple explanation from Rafail around my symptoms and why the exercises I was given would alleviate the pain. I had 4 sessions and by the 4th I was pretty much back to normal. Really friendly and professional.
