Waited four months from initial referral date, had one appointment cancelled then got my 1st phone appointment (not face to face) , so as it’s the NHS I guess it wasn’t too bad, it was only after I did the sleep study and waited for the results I was told they don’t treat just insomnia only sleep apnea etc! I was told I’d get a booklet on how to sleep, which never arrived. Wasted nearly 5 months to get nowhere. It would have been good if I’d been advised that if it’s just insomnia they can’t help!

Terrible place. Rude and arrogant to maximum.
Totally helpless. Left me without help with my ventilator alarming low flow alarm. Wouldn't let me try newer version of Nippy ventilator and let me suffer without help.

Stay away from this hospital.

I had an over night and next day study done here recantly and I have to say they were fantastic. Very efficient, very comfortable and clean. I have anxiety and the staff were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, they really put me at ease and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible.

Dr. M Davies, saved my life, no exaggeration no one believed me with my illnes I had at that time suffered 8 yrs. I am here today because of him and his great caring staff. I have had this illness now 40yrs, with there amazing advice and medication I can live a reasonable life. Always at hand fir help. Thank god for this service and a big thank you for Dr. M Davies taking up this profession.
