I have been working for Respectful Care for 6 months and have to say it's been a wonderful experience. The managers really treat the staff well and listen to our concerns about any problems we may encounter in our work, we are improving as a team. The salary is also good and our petrol costs are covered which is really helpful. The people I care for are also lovely; it gives me great satisfaction knowing I am helping them in a meaningful way. I hope to work here for many years to come.

Respectful Care, What can I say? I have had both good and bad in home care, believe me there is a huge difference from what I had before Respectful Care and now with them. My whole experience with RC has been fantastic, their carers actually care, they care for your mind as well as your body. These carers are a head and shoulders above, they make you feel cared about and cared for which is a huge thing, as you are in their hands. Another big thing I get with Respectful Care is humour, I'm not joking we spend a good portion of our time laughing, which most people probably don't even think about but it is hugely important, without laughter Jack becomes a very dull boy. I would say I have everything I need with these carers and I have met some really nice friends in them. Also it does not stop with caring they will also clean your home, take you out shopping or any other places you like to go, all of this can be arranged with their office in Arnold. I find everyone easy to talk to, being either the carers, office staff or the management team, I can honestly say, moving to Respectful Care has been the best move I have made in my elder years. So all of you people out there who need a bit (or a lot) of help if you give them a call, i'm sure you won't regret it.

Ive been working for Respectful care for nearly 2 years now and having not worked in care previously i didnt know what to expect, however i can honestly say ive never looked back. great company with caring, friendly and helpful care staff, some of the more experienced staff have been brilliant with advice and helping me when needed. Office staff are also fantastic and always make you feel welcome, and i must say the care manager is a star! I would 100% recommend this company to work for or to care for family members... 5* from me.

I have been employed by Respectful Care for almost a year now. I’m am glad l made a wonderful decision to join the fame, the staff are so supportive and very helpful. Respectful care aims to always deliver best quality service to all their clients / service users and also employees. Everyone is valued as they should be and respected.
