I would highly recommend Resonate Hearing! Having struggled with blocked ears for a couple of weeks, I found Resonate Hearing Centre online. I managed to book an appointment for the same week and I received micro-suction for both ears. Sheetal was extremely friendly and explained every detail of the procedure, which was fast and painless.

Sheetal is an exceptionally proficient audiologist. She supplied me with two high quality hearing aids and carefully programmed them for performance over a period of about a month.
The results are outstanding. I was most impressed by the way she provided a detailed explanation of all aspects of the process.
She obviously has all the technical expertise required of an
audiologist, but also has excellent communication skills all of which generates a high degree of customer confidence.
I recommend her unreservedly.

Fantastic service. Having struggled with blocked ears for several weeks, I found Resonate Hearing Centre online. I managed to book a next day appointment, and I received microsuction on both ears. Sheetal is great, very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable during your appointment. I had microsuction over 2 separate appointments because some of the ear wax was too close to the ear drum to safely remove in the first appointment. One week later and both ears are completely clear and I can hear again! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sheetal and Resonate Hearing.

Having bilateral hearing issues and wearing aids for many years, I was dissatisfied with my previous healthcare provider. I had a few ongoing issues and was looking for a new provider. After much research, I found Resonate/Sheetal. From the very beginning, Sheetal put me at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. Clearly very well educated in the field of audiology, her 'bedside' manner was also exemplary. She provided expert advice and resolved my ongoing hearing issues. I purchased new aids (much to my delight) and am now under her care long term.
