Bought a pressure relieving cushion, which was obviously needed quickly. 10 days later, still had not arrived so called to find out. They couldn't tell me when it would arrive and could not seem to see the issue of selling medical products but not delivering in a timely manner.

Had no email to say there was a delay, nothing.

Shocking service and poor attitude.
