RM365: A Serious Warning to New Customers – Fake Cosmelan*2 / Mesoestetic products

I recently purchased Cosmelan*2 from RM365, believing I was getting a genuine product at a discounted price. However, after using the product, it was clear something was very wrong. The texture, color, and packaging were completely different from the authentic Cosmelan*2 that I previously bought directly from Mesoestetic.

Concerned, I contacted Mesoestetic directly to inquire about RM365. Their response was alarming: RM365 is NOT an authorized supplier of their products, and Mesoestetic does NOT supply products to RM365. This means the Cosmelan*2 being sold by RM365 is likely counterfeit, which is not only unethical but also dangerous for customers like myself. Mesoestetic confirmed they have been trying to stop RM365 from selling their fake products through legal channels, and I am shocked that this company continues to operate like this.

For any potential customers, BE WARNED—what RM365 is selling is not genuine. The difference between the real Cosmelan*2 and what RM365 is selling is evident in the texture (grainy and thick), color (RM365's is darker), and the packaging. I have attached pictures as evidence to back up my claims, clearly showing the differences between the two products. RM365's response to my complaint was dismissive and unempathetic—they refuse to acknowledge the issue and take responsibility. This company is profiting off of selling fake products and putting customers' skin and health at risk.

RM365 claims to have been in business for over 12 years, which raises even more concern. How can a company continue for so long while selling fake Mesoestetic products and misleading customers? This needs to stop, and they need to be held accountable.

The mental stress and disappointment caused by this experience have been overwhelming. It's not just about losing money, it's about trust and health. If you're considering purchasing from RM365, DON'T—always buy from authorized suppliers to avoid the risk.

I hope this review serves as a strong warning to others. RM365 can’t keep getting away with this, and I will be pursuing this matter further. They should not be allowed to sell counterfeit products and exploit customers.

As the name suggests Reliable Medicare is indeed a reliable company. Their prices are competitive, and more importantly they have a Customer Support Telephone number and calls are picked up by professional staff. Prior to ordering an expensive cream "online" I wanted to ensure there is a Customer Contact number just in case there is a query. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality of Customer Support staff at Reliable Medicare Ltd. I ordered the item online during weekend and it was posted next working day and arrived within 24 hours of postage by DHL and well packed. I have no hesitation to recommend Reliable Medicare to others who seek to order genuine brand cosmetics online with a peace of mind that there is contact number just in case if there is any query about the order.
I will use Reliable Medicare again in the future.

I purchased an expensive product from this company. I opened it a bit over 4 months after purchase waiting for the right moment to use the treatment as it's season sensitive (winter for best results, which was just a few months away). This high quality product should have an ample shelf life, I know this as I have purchased this brand in many occasions and had never have a problem. But this time, when opened, the product was stale and the cream completely dry. I contacted the company and after a few back and forward emails, they just got off the wagon and didn't offer any solution leaving me with a stale product and having lost a lot of money in the purchase. Their costume care is extremely poor and very politely, they just turn their back on you. I don't recommend this shop at all. Very disappointing experience and a lot of money wasted.

Definitely selling fake product. Bought Dr.Cyj hair filler from them. Compared them with the original one, the printing on the expiry date and Syringe is totally different from the original one. The fake one has lighter printing and it’s almost like it’s running out of ink. Here is a comparison photo. I think I will report this to the UK government. This is a complete scam and put others health at risk.

The worst and irresponsible company

My order worth £3272.45 and I paid £39.95 for fast shipping.

The order couldnt be cleared out the custom because they filled out the wrong information, which make my order being delayed for 1 month

I requested the cancellation and refund as it’s been too long.

BUT they forced me to get the order , even though it’s shorted date products and it has been delayed in custom for a month.

It’s not my fault at all, I AM NOT THE ONE WHO FILLED THE WRONG INFORMATION FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE.

They even forced me to pay extra re shipping to my another address.

This is a very irresponsible and unacceptable ways for a business.

Be aware of this scam, irresponsible business !!!!
