AVOID. My experience with Releaf started off good, first consultation the doctor was very friendly, follow up was a different doctor who did not really care. After purchasing medication for 8 months, I received 3 tubs, in which one had the tamperproof seal broken. I spoke to live chat who advised myself that as the tamperproof seal was broken, it may have been tampered with, and a replacement would be sent. I was not vaping contaminated medicine. I then recieved an email over a week later saying the medicine is fine and it happened to SIX HUNDRED tubs. A refund or replacement was not given. I have since looked for another clinic. CB1 medical have been far better so far, £50 a year membership, cheaper and better medicine. No monthly fee apart from postage. Free first year if you switch.

Releaf has truly been a ‘relief’ to me.
I have sleep issues and an autoimmune illness, with the support and guidance of the professionals at Releaf I now sleep well, have more energy and can manage my pain easily and safely.
I use the vape cartridge for immediate pain relief and energy and I use flower to aid with sleep.
The results are life changing, I’m now back at the gym, working full time and walking an hour every day.

BEWARE OF RELEAF.

I have been a long standing patient of theirs, for over a year now. They use DPD as a courier and my most recent prescription has ended up ‘lost in transit’. Over £300 of prescription gone and due to Releaf not treating the patient as a priority I have been left without my prescription and money. They wouldn’t issue another prescription until they ‘investigated’ what happened. They said they would send another prescription but then back tracked and said they don’t have anything to substitute my prescription despite listing plenty of strains on their website.

Trying to sort it out and I was passed around to so many different people, none of whom seemed to care or wanted to help me with a plan b.

Very unhappy with the service and how I have been treated by them. They lost my parcel and won’t send me any more meds. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Very, very expensive where competitors aren’t, despite similar offerings. Why on earth would anyone pay £40 a month for a subscription where others don’t require this (CB1 for example). The CEO also says he’s never used medical cannabis on his YouTube channel. This immediately didn’t sit well with me. It’s a signal he’s in it for the profits alone. How can he relate? Companies like this need a CEO who has been there and lived it, at least I think so. Everything with this company is geared towards profit. There are better options out there for a fraction of the cost, even curaleaf are miles cheaper at £10 a month which covers consulting fee and all your appointments through the year. Own pharmacy too and quite cheap. So why would you pay £40 a month here and separate consultation fees as well as expensive medicine on top? Seriously, think about it. Patience need more awareness of other companies.

I have suffered with chronic pain all my life and at 69 years old was quite skeptical about how THC might offer significant relief from pain and was this another "snake oil" scam. My adult children looked into this for me and concluded that the process and system Releaf offer was the most professional out there. I agree and have found the consultations extremely helpful by them suggesting other treatments I could try that they do not sell. I felt reassured by the clinicians I have consulted via Releaf and commend them to you. The pain I have had all my life has receded and this has changed my life and how I view my future, which in turn has helped my mental health considerably.

I've been with releaf for just over a year now, and I can't tell you the difference it's made. I have stage 4 endometriosis and have a terrible time with pain. Releaf have helped me to reduce the amount of heavy painkillers I needed to take, and also it's really helped with keeping me asleep instead of waking up in pain. I'd definitely reccomend giving them a go, the Dr's are really nice too.

I have MS and chronic arthritis and take Canabis oil morning and evening (I no longer take Gabapentin). Canabis oil has made a huge difference in reducing the horrendous symptoms associated with MS.
Releaf is a highly professional company with staff available to answer any queries and provide regular reviews re medication.
I researched all the medical canabis clinics and Releaf came out on top.
Ordering is straight forward and delivered to my door.
I highly recommend Releaf (nurse of 40 years).

Staff very dedicated. Very impressed with high level of service from all staff, from doctors to call centre. They have helped with whatever I've needed and always had a smile on my face post communication (not easy for Neuro divergent either, so extra grateful) Medication received in 4 days (ordered Tuesday arrived Friday) Very impressed with quality of medication and have noticed a huge difference already with oil and flower.

I'd highly recommend releaf 🙂
