Been today first visit for treatment. As soon as I walked in the room they could see i was very nervous and they reassured me let me know what was being done and was brilliant throughout. Came out feeling so much better. Would recommend anyone who is nervous around dentist to go here. The lady's I had today were amazing. I am writing to express my concerns about the treatment my five-year-old daughter received at your clinic. We were on a waiting list for several months, and when my daughter began to experience severe pain, requiring painkillers, I sought an emergency appointment. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure an appointment until a week later. When we went, the dentist recommended that my daughter be transferred to another clinic for general anesthesia and tooth extraction. We expressed our desire for alternative options, and he stated that the site of the tooth injury could be numbed for extraction. We suggested treating the tooth without extraction; however, he declined, saying that there were no other options available. Given my daughter’s ongoing pain, we reluctantly agreed to the extraction. However, the dentist informed us that this procedure could not be performed immediately and that we would need to return in a week. During this waiting period, I consulted a different specialist who confirmed that the tooth could indeed be treated without extraction.
A week later, I went to him to tell him that I did not want to continue. I was appalled by the conditions in the treatment area. I noticed that he had prepared an anaesthetic injection, and the floor was covered in blood and dirt. This was particularly concerning as he was treating a young child. I believe it is important for a dental practice, especially one that treats children, to maintain high standards of hygiene and provide clear communication about treatment options. I urge you to seriously review this matter to ensure that other patients do not have similar experiences.the star for the young lady who was in the reception who helped us to make the first appointment she was extremely kind and helpful

My dentist is jerry iv got to say this guy is amazing and always makes you feel so calm when visiting i recently had problems with a back tooth and i was seen really quick and although had to have tooth taken out i was reassured and cared for all the way through, both him and the dental nurse was lovely. My partner is absolutely petrified of the dentist and I have to go in with him. His dentist is Jerry and he is an absolute fantastic dentist and keeps him calm. He wouldn’t go to anyone else now so hopefully Jerry never leaves. And the lady who is in there with him is great with him too. I don’t know her name. Keep up the good work xxxx

Following yet another positive experience I feel these two people deserve another big mention on here. Whilst the Dentist isn't my favourite place to visit, Jerry and Sam certainly made my visit a pleasant and personable one 😊. As I've said before these two work competently and comfortably alongside each other, passing their confidence on to me. Here's hoping I get the same 'team' treatment on my next visit. I have had a great experience with Rejuvadent as both a private and NHS patient. I re-joined the dentist 4 years ago using their private services whilst on the NHS waiting list. I was treated by Hussein who fitted composite fillings which have lasted longer than was expected. In my last 2 appointments my dentist has been Roberto and the service has been swift and accurate. I appreciate that i have had the same dentist over multiple appointments and the fact Rejuvadent are one of the few dentists in the area which take on NHS patients in the area despite it likely being a loss leader. The services Rejuvadent has provided to me thus far have been excellent and i will continue to use them. Thank-you to Roberto and the team.

I just been to see gerry I believe his name was and lovely lady as his assistant. They was very polite and made me at ease and explained my treatment plan and made a very nervous person feel calm and relaxed. I was given my NHS appointment by a referral and I'm so shocked it only took weeks. I really appreciate that this dentist has took me on with me needing so much work doing and helping me gain a smile in the future again. I will do another review once treatment of extractions and dentures fitted ect. From chantelle O'Donnell, 9 August 2nd appoiment was extremely nervous and the was so kind to me got a radio to ease my over thinking. I had 5 teeth removed today as part 1 of my treatment i can honestly say it was a walk in the park compared to what I told myself. Im looking forward to appointment 3 in 2 weeks will update again. Thank you so much to my dentist and lovely lady who helps. 23rd August part 2 of treatment had rest of lower teeth removed say 7 or 8 teeth the dentist is amazing and topped up injections as I want sure I felt something the dentist is so kind and gentle with me and always telling me I'm doing great ect. I had no pain at all since yesterday and last extractions was no pain either. I did ring up and got straight in to check on 1 gum didn't seem to heal as fast as other. I was reassured it was healing just that it was deep in than the others. Im a very nervous patient and suffer with anxiety and I make myself physically ill at time but I pushed through with today treatment and carnt wait for appoiment 3 now am getting closer to getting a nice smile in the future. I would recommend anyone coming here the are great and I will be handing out cards at the end to show my appreciation and hopefully a gift if allowed. Finale appointment 3rd December I have been given my dentures their a great fit I had them over a week now no issues with them just a sore spot under nose placing them in once fitted pain was gone. The dentures felt weird at first and had no idea who to get top set out but I did a quick search on you tube and now have no issue. I had 2 other appointments befor the final day of biting on wax and using a mouth piece type gum denture for bite test. Super easy picked colour of teeth. I am forever grateful to the whole team given me amazing smile again I'm able to eat food normally after 4 days of wearing dentures. I've eaten KFC corn on cob ice cream, pizza, carverys all food I never could befor without soaking it in gravy. I'm over the moon with the whole process and wish I acted years ago. Please seek help if you cover your mouth, adapting certain foods and only using 1 side of your mouth, infections swalloen face hard to open mouth, hard to swallow ect. Fear of dentist or been judged. Please seek help I regret not doing it I could kick myself now because it could of been fixed or got same treatment but had a better life in general. I used this dentist growing up and visited every year as I like to take care of my teeth, in 2017 I was struck off the list because I cancelled an appointment and didn't re book straight away, although I do understand why they do this, it was still very harsh considering it was the only appointment I had ever cancelled. Fast forward to now, I re-registered and was lucky to get an appointment this Friday just gone, it was during a work day so I took time out of work to attend, I was 10 minutes late due to not being able to find a parking space. When I arrived there was no queue and 2 people in the waiting room. The receptionist walked off for a couple of minutes before returning to book me in, she then asked the dentist if they would still see me but was told no they won't see me and to re-book. I explained that the car park was completely full and she replied and I quote "yeah the parking is really bad at the moment but it's not our responsibility", I understand that it's the patients responsibility to be on time but if there is an issue with parking "at the moment" then why are they not making patients aware of this? I rebooked an appointment for 2 weeks time to then be called up 15 minutes later and told "management have told us to cancel your appointment and said you need to find another dentist because you didn't turn up". I did turn up!!! It's not like I didn't turn up at all and didn't let them know, yes I was 10 minutes late but for no fault of my own, but an issue that the practice is clearly aware of!!! I'm furious because If I was aware of the poor parking situation I would have been on time. I'm sure it would have been ok for me to sit in the waiting room for 30-40 minutes though like I have done numerous times before. It's an absolute joke.
