I've been registered with this GP surgery for 2 years. So far so good. I love the GP surgery mainly for easy Access to a Dr, same day appointment, the Drs are very kind and knowledgeable, multicultural. The receptionist are helpful as well. Overall I'll give a 5 ⭐.

I have been with regent house since I was born and I have to say the staff and amazing, Dr Brown goes above and beyond and is always thorough and genuinely listens. Best thing they did was start with the NHS app makes booking an appointment so much easier, but in all fairness I've always managed to get an urgent appointment when needed

The Doctors themselves are fantastic and very helpful, especially Doc. Savage.

However the receptionists are very rude and always condescending. They never answer the phone even when you are no.1 in the queue, serious staff training needed.

OK I'm just going to keep the reviews low so no more people join as it already takes all year to get through on the phone

I am at a loss as to the negative reviews for Regent House. I have had nothing but excellent care, service and consideration from all the staff here. Those having a moan, try getting an appt in London. Then there’d be something to complain about.

Regent House is a great surgery and has continued to make positive changes and improvements that have made accessing care much easier. Reception staff are kind, caring and compassionate and the GP's that I have seen are excellent.
There is always room for improvement but in view of the challenges that all care providers face, they are providing an excellent service within the local community.

Sadly my frustration grows when the receptionist take control and basically limit or have control over your medical choices. Often done in a derogatory manner. This changes my overall experience of NHS care . Let GP address these matters after all each patient will have their own individual needs . One size fits all approach is frustrating and medically unhelpful then worsens by this approach. I am loosing trust and confidence in my experience of NHS health care
