Dr Karim was friendly, patient, and efficient, drawing upon many years of experience to swiftly diagnose and treat the problem. At a time when our city's GPs are all run off their feet it is reassuring to know that Regency Medical offer a 'safety net' for patients like myself who would struggle to attend the Walk In when their usual GP is unavailable. I have never used a private GP service before but would not hesitate to visit again, and cannot recommend them highly enough. From booking the appointment to leaving with a prescription, the whole process was made as pleasant and easy as possible. I have dealt with more than my fair share of doctors over the years and am always delighted to find such a good one.

At the moment it’s so difficult to get a non urgent appointment with my regular GP, especially whilst working full time. My last few visits to a GP has been Regency Medical as they have been able to offer me a convenient appointment time without a lengthy wait. Dr Ruhin was personable and thorough and able to offer me the medical and practical support that I need going forward with an ongoing condition. I highly recommend this service.

Highly professional, caring and helpful company, all staff are fantastic in their approach and made it very easy for me. Dr Karim is excellent, straight speaking in fact the best doctor I have ever met by a long way, and helped me out in many ways. I/we will be using Regency again and would recommend them to anyone. Having visited Regency medical initially to have some private blood tests through a third party company. I have since been back for a private consultation and would recommend Dr Ruhin Karim highly. Very friendly and welcoming whilst extremely knowledgeable. The service you receive for the price is extremely good value for money.

Highly Recommend, whether you are near or far. We were lucky to book an appointment with short notice to have our toddlers eye and possible ear infection checked before a flight.
The clinics hospitality and Dr. Ruhins professional and very hospitable conduct towards us was exceptional. Also, handles children (and their parents) very well.
Good contact for any future needs and worth the visit from even some distance.

Went to have my blood taken which I’ve had done numerous times but in the coming days i had huge swelling on my arm and bruises all the way up. Literally had to take 2 days off work because my arm was too painful, rarely post reviews but I am not happy of course.
