I have been really pleased with my experience at Regain hearing. Charlene at Northfleet has been excellent at explaining the issues with my hearing and the options to make improvement. Through no fault at Regain my new hearing aids developed a problem and had to be returned to My Starkey for repair. This was done quickly and the guarantee extended.

Leading up to Christmas my ears had blocked up with earwax which was very uncomfortable, and on contacting my GP practice, they couldn't fit me in until the end of December.
So, I contacted Regain Hearing in the morning and got an appointment straight away for that afternoon at the nearest branch to me in Northfleet.
I met a very nice lady named Charlene and she examined my ears and within half an hour had removed the earwax from both my ears, much to my relief.
I can't praise highly enough what I experienced, and would strongly recommend Regain Hearing to anyone who needs their ear issues attended to in a very professional and friendly manner.

The service we received at Regain was outstanding. I called on the off chance that someone could assist my 85 year old dad with the rubber of the hearing aid that he had go stuck inside his ear.
We arrived and were shown into a waiting room. Then the audiologist came out snd showed us in within 10 minutes he gad removed the ear piece from his ear and put a new one on the end with a filter to make it easier for dad.
When asked how much it cost was told it is a free service. This i felt was fantastic and we will definitely be back for his hearing aids.

I have been great experience with Regain Hearing? My ear was in pain & ringing in my ear & Firstly I thought ear wax building in my ear but when I went to regin & they checked the left ear very carefully & Joe found fungal infection diseases in my left ear & She immediately recommended to the doctor & this process was free of cost,they didn't charger single penny. Doctor suggested me antibiotics & now My ear is fine with no pain & ringing but I would like to go to regain to check my ear just for my satisfaction. Joe was super friendly & was put me as ease. Highly recommended 5 star

I contacted the office asked for a cleaning service of my ear canal. They proposed to have check before booking the cleaning, and I went. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Finally they said there was no need to clean it as it was very clear and gave me helpful tips on how to maintain it.
I would definitely recommend.
