Had an appointment with Charlene at Chatham Dockyard and can't recommend highly enough.
Firstly, I received a warm welcome at reception. Within seconds, Charlene appeared with a big smile and friendly welcome. She took a real interest in my problem and went through everything in a clear and methodical manner.
The microsuction was easy, and quite enjoyable!
Would definitely return bere if ever needed.

A really special thankyou to Regain Hearing today, I phoned with a hearing aid fault at 9.45 this morning and they arranged an appointment for me at 11.45.at Chatham
I was warmly greeted by Charlene by who managed to solve the problem with patience and understanding. Merry Christmas to all the staff and a special thanks to Charlene.

Not so easy to find in the Chatham dockyard. But once there a very friendly welcome. Felt at
Ease during a very thorough examination of my hearing, with some easy explanations of the condition of my hearing on large display screens. The lady who carried out my examination really knew her stuff, explaining everything to me and my wife seated behind me. And on completion of examination showed us the types of appliances available to correct And help my hearing. I would throughly recommend this company to any body who needs help in this mattet

I had almost completely lost the hearing in my left ear (dead in my left ear already) so I arranged an appointment at Regain hearing in Chatham. It is in the most amazing 16th century building that was for the shipyard joiners.
I saw Justin, he did a great job and now I can hear again.

Excellent. We were seen promptly by a friendly Audiologist. Our appointments were for a routine checkup. We were shown the results of the inspection on a large TV screen. No action was needed and we were on our way quickly.

Took my dad for an appoinment to have his ears checked/microsuction. Everything was explained very clearly every step of the way. My dad is very happy and we can now have a conversation without having to shout! Great service 🙂
