Really positive experience. Helen my daughter's hair stylist was friendly and took time to really find out what my teenage daughter hoped for in a haircut - asking questions throughout to make sure she was happy, and my daughter had a really positive experience and a lovely haircut at the end of it. Absolutely adore my hair, Helen let me know that the treatment I had booked wasn’t the best for what I’d asked for when I got to the salon. She talked me through the other options and I am delighted with the way it came out. Helen was super busy with multiple clients but didn’t make me feel rushed. It also meant I had the lovely Alfie do my blow dry, he’s such a friendly and personable stylist. I have other Reflections salons closer to me but will keep coming back to Whiteladies because of the excellent service. Thank you!

Amazing, the salon staff are friendly and I love how my hair turned out 🙂

Initally the stylist had given me the colour I asked for but I didn't like it on myself, so they managed to fit me in for another appointment the next day and dyed my hair again. Now I love my style & their prices are very good too

My hair was cut by Emma who is in on Fridays otherwise at Nailsea.
Emma is an experienced, excellent stylist who restyled my hair and the cut lasted for 2 months! I am very happy with the trim and tweak she has given me today. I will be returning and I’m happy to recommend. Also great value for money!

Yesterday I had a hair appointment with Chloe and was so pleased with how she cared for and cut my hair. I have had a couple of haircuts from Chloe before and each time I have had them I have felt: happy with my haircut, I have felt like she has cut my hair with care and conscientiousness and that both herself and the whole team have been so welcoming.

I would definitely recommend this salon!
