For my birthday I've treated myself to a Pamper Package including a back & shoulder massage, a full facial and a foot massage. It was one of the best treatments I've ever had and the products used on me were lovely. I struggled to stay awake halfway through but there's no way I'd let myself fall asleep and miss half of the treatment! Lyn was great! A very kind and talented therapist who enjoys her job. I can't wait to come back!

I had a full body massage by Lyn and this was amazing the extras she included that I haven't had before in a full body massage were just great!
Gem who hosts the fitness classes is also brilliant she really pushes you no matter what level!

Just had the most wonderful massage from Lynn. As a male it can be difficult to find someone to provide a good sports massage with sufficient pressure. Lynn took time to ask me how I was feeling and which areas I felt needed extra attention. The massage was perfect and I left feeling fantastic- I will be back. So fortunate to have this fantastic place on our doorstep- weekend massage appointments a real bonus - often difficult to find appointments when I have such a full work schedule.

I have just had the most amazing relaxing indulgent 2hr treatment with Lyn. ‘The Stress Detox Ritual’. Started with a back massage, a facial, a head massage and then finished with a foot massage, all in the comfort of a warm cosy bed. My shoulders have dropped and my tension gone and my skin looks amazing .. thank you Lyn!
