Really impressed with this GP , can honestly say having been with multiple all across the UK and working in a lot too, this has to be the best I have ever come across. Every single service they provide is so convenient, fast, efficient and thorough. No concerns ever and if there ever has been an issue it is resolved quickly. Their doctors are all so thorough and reassuring, great manner and empathy. I think other practices could learn a lot from them ! Their reception and admin staff are so supportive too. Keep up the hard work, it is not going unnoticed and I have recommended them to so many people .

I arrived today and got greeted by Jennifer Brown which did an exceptional service of trying to solve the problem and find a solution which showed great compassion in her work place. Victoria Cunningham did an amazing job of working methodically and efficiently to provide all of my documentation and needs which resulted in a fast and perfect service. I been trying to see a doctor for me and my kids and everytime i call at 8 or 1 they always say that they don't have appointments i send an email they say to call its been like that for 3 weeks already i wouldnot recommend this practice they don't care if is a child bad service

I’d rather die than attend this surgery ever again. Awful and horrible! The way they have treated my medical issues is absolutely disgusting and terrible. I don’t wish for anyone to feel this neglected and miserable.

And as a migrant myself, your international staff requires a lot of empathy and training.

Tteated my baby with ear infection even if she couldn't see anything. He had fever but she didn't gave him a paracetamol. I was late 3 min and i had rebook an appointment but most of the times i had to sat there for at least 30 min .

Had reason to visit the surgery twice this week , on both occasions I was given an appointment the same day , reception staff were very helpful and the two female GP’s I saw were both helpful and efficient in dealing with my health needs . Thank you .

The best doctors in the area. Staff have always been helpful and understanding. It's can sometimes take a while to get a face to face appointment, but they do telephone appointments too and evening appointments.
