A great place and staff are awesome with great understanding. Bus stop right outside and opposite Ilford station. Self referral accepted, lots of help for individuals and families affected.

I've been pretty disappointed with their service 😕. Yes, they arranged my Methadone script but they tried hard to give me something else. The other may have been better, but the prescriber made no real attempt to explain the benefits or advantages of other therapies or ask me about my concerns. I've consistently felt they are more interested in following their own plans and ideas than really listening or finding solutions to my particular issues. Turns out I've quite serious neurological probs, but I've not felt listened to at all. I suspect they tend to assume you're trying trying to scam more drugs out of them. They probably mean well, but if you have a choice of facilities/boroughs, I'd strongly suggest going somewhere else.

It's hard to comment as it's early days and haven't had much contact & communication with the service R3 run by WDP (Westminster Drug Project).

They have now updated there groups meething, will see after 12 weeks how they are...

Some of the staff are great, but others are aggressive and accusatory and treat you like a criminal even when you've been drug free for 10 years, and the only reason you're there is because you were overprescribed pills by an actual Dr.
Most of them don't understand disabilities, they have no empathy for mental or physical illnesses, which is sad considering pretty much all drug addicts suffer from one or the other and thats why they self medicate.
There's no mental health support or accommodations made for disabilities.
