I had been looking for a sports massage for a few months, but for one reason or another, it kept getting delayed or cancelled. In hindsight, I feel it was meant to be — because it allowed me to find Mitch.

I no longer need to search for another company or service. Mitch was absolutely perfect. He is a true expert at what he does. My back feels ten years younger, and I feel so much more mobile. He worked through countless knots in my back with ease and skill.

What really stood out was how he took the time to listen. I never felt rushed. He genuinely wanted to understand my concerns, and once he did, he provided care tailored to my specific needs. This wasn’t just a standard massage — it was completely personalised.

On top of that, Mitch wasn’t just brilliant at his job — he was also genuinely friendly, a good hearted person. Even though it was my first time meeting him, he felt like a friend. He was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, and added a great personal touch to the whole experience.

I popped in to Recova with my body in bits due to years of playing rugby.

After the first session movement in my neck and lower back had improved dramatically!!
