Went for an eyelash tint and the service was awful. The therapist barely said a word to me, I wasn't even asked what colour I wanted. They got tint on multiple places on my skin which has never happened in other salons. They then started trying to rub it off without telling me and caused pain and irritation to the skin. Normally I come out of a salon feel relaxed but not this time. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Have been going to Rebecca Jade pretty much since opening. I have the lovely Sam for my brows and also Environ facials once a month. I get loads of compliments when I have had my brows done - it really does make a difference to the overall appearance of your face. The Environ facials are lovely, relaxing and are doing a fab job of keeping my lines at bay! I have also had the pedi with Roxie - feet feel soft after and the polish really lasts! Thoroughly recommend!

I've had a few treatments done here now. Currently having a laser hair removal course - Roxy is amazing, always making me feel really relaxed! The salon is always spotless and is very classy. I love the fact that Rebecca is always there to greet her clients on the front desk. They have a huuuuge treatment list so I highly recommend you check Rebecca Jade Health & Beauty out !

What a fantastic salon! Best one I’ve been to in Hertfordshire. I’ve been visiting Rebecca Jade for 2 years now, and always leave happy. The salon is beautiful and clean, I’m always welcomed by a polite and friendly team. I look forward to my monthly Environ facials with Megan, I leave with glowing skin and she always recommends the best products for my skin type - using Environ has changed my life.
Before any holiday I’ll always book a spray tan with Roxie, she makes my skin flawless with the express St Tropez so I’m beach ready!
Can’t wait for my next treatment! I’m very excited about the opening of the aesthetic clinic too!

I highly recommend the facial treatments at Rebecca Jade. After having a break in treatments over lockdown, I had a much needed Image facial treatment - the improvement in my skin in noticeable. I was a bit hesitant in returning, but felt really reassured by the steps the salon has taken to ensure a covid-safe environment - temperature checks, masks and plastic screens round reception.
Tracey is an excellent therapist. She tailored the mask to what she thought my skin needed and that’s shown in the results. I’m looking forward to my next treatment.

I’ve been going to Rebecca’s salon since she opened a number of years ago. She has a excellent team of therapists all extremely professional and deliver a high standard of beauty, massage and other therapies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to others, in particular Samantha who is an excellent beautician and has a wealth of experience in the beauty field. Definitely worth a visit!
