I went to see Mike at Rebalance due to chronic back pain which was interfering with my love of running and in particular my attempts to get ready for the 2024 Amsterdam Marathon. I'm really grateful to Mike for his knowledge and professionalism: he not only went about fixing my back in good time, but also gave me some great advice in how to prepare physically and mentally before taking on my first marathon. Mike was a big factor as physio and unofficial coach in me making it across the finish line, as he helped me become injury-free and mentally prepared. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. 5 Gold stars!

Mike is brilliant. Have been having massage treatment following a full knee replacement surgery and Mike is helping re build the quad muscles which have suffered after a year of non activity due to the previous pain of doing exercise.
Really helping getting back to full strength along with a series of exercises Mike has put together for training at home.
Mike is great as he only advises on the treatment he feels necessary and no commitment.
Nice and relaxed and superb treatment room.
Highly recommended.
