My mum had her care through Raychantpat Care Ltd. All carers who visited were kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. Mum enjoyed their company as well; they became friends and they were there at the end giving comfort to us as a family.
Since she died, we chose to have them back to take care of Dad, meeting his needs and giving me peace of mind that he is seeing someone first thing in the morning and late afternoon.
My contact within the company made sure carers were and are well matched to my parents, and keeps me informed if there are problems regarding delays due to traffic etc.
She was able to cover the carers time to allow them to attend mum's funeral.
This is what makes a good care company and we highly recommend them.

My wife and I were looking for a live-in carer for my 97 year old father who was very frail and had suddenly lost his mobility. He needed to be hoisted and moved around in a wheelchair and required 24-hour assistance. We were concerned whether father would be happy having someone living in and the importance of father and the carer getting on with each other.
Our concerns were totally put to rest when we had our first meeting with Raychantpat, when we met father's proposed carer and his two managers. It was immediately evident that all three were extremely caring and we felt very happy.
We are now three months into the live-in care arrangement with Raychantpat and everything is going excellently. Father is very happy and keeps saying how lucky he is to have such a lovely carer. We are also delighted, which is important as, unfortunately, we live 200 hundred miles away and can now rest assured that father is being so well cared for. We couldn't have wished for a more caring and attentive carer for father and he has become a very firm member of our family. We are all exceptionally happy and impressed with the service from Raychantpat and would have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective clients.

Raychantpat Care Limited looked after my father when he was at end of life in February this year .
The carers are exceptional they go above and beyond.
Milisa goes out of her way to help you too (The owner)
They have now returned again to look after my mum four times a day .
Would recommend to anyone .

Melisa the manager was attentive and communicated well with us during Dad's final days. Miranda, Irene and Christina were great with him. The night he fell ill, a stroke we think, they wouldn't leave until they got a smile and a wave from him. I will always be grateful for their efforts. There persistence meant that I had one last connection with him before he passed away. The ladies were great and took such care with Dad. Thank you so much

After initial problems the company stepped up to the mark and delivered good quality care. One carer in particular Harry went over and beyond what you expect from carers. When my daughter passed away Melissa the manager came to see me, and Harry came to my daughters funeral. Cannot thank them enough for the care and compassion shown

I have no hesitation recommending Raychantpat Care. The care they have given my brother has been exactly what he needs. They have kept an eye on him, arranging doctors' appointments and calling an ambulance when necessary. They have been at pains to keep keep me up to date with his care and keep me informed when he is unwell, making sure that everything is alright and in place when he returns from hospital. The carer workers themselves have all been friendly, highly competent and genuinely concerned about my brother's comfort and needs.

The carers from this company really did go above and beyond. They made end of life care in very difficult circumstances a much easier process. In what were upsetting and difficult conditions -
where finding suitable and genuine care was extremely hard we were introduced to Melissa who was managing the team, from there on things became a whole lot easier and a frail elderly lady was treated with respect, dignity and a great deal of empathetic care.
