Ray is a master at what he does with a huge understanding of the human body being able to pin point how certain areas in my posture but also my emotional system such as my mood have affected together, for about 2 years I got severe chronic neck pain and he managed to identify other areas which were attributing to this. For how much change I've had in only 5 sessions it's definitely been worth it, as pain has reduced and felt a lot less tension, calmer mood, would highly recommend.

I have been seeing Ray for almost a year now for structural release therapy. It has been a pivotal part of my pain management and I can’t recommend him enough. I have seen some fantastic people over the years but Ray’s knowledge spans multiple disciplines and he provides me with a holistic treatment that targets many of my issues at once and keeps them under control or gets rid of them completely. My posture has improved as a whole, but I have noticeably less pain in my shoulders, neck and hips which were some of my main issues. I’ve been suffering with chronic sinusitis, and extreme muscle tension for a long period of time. I’ve been trying many different types of conventional and unconventional approaches for years, and nothing seems to make any difference until I booked my first session with Ray. I am not one to typically write reviews online but after my experience with Ray there was no way I could not. I contacted Ray after a prolonged period of ill health which had taken its toll on me physically and mentally. After three years of chronic pain and stress, and after trying to go down the usual routes of gps, physios, chiropractors etc I was at a dead end and nothing seemed to be working. I knew my body was out of alignment, that my posture had changed dramatically and my muscles were holding a lot of tension. And I knew that in order to heal and regain my health I needed to optimise my body to support my
Nervous system and so I came across Ray and his structural release technique. After reading rays explanation of his work and hearing his clients experience I felt strongly that this was what I needed - a treatment that treats the whole body holistically and restores health through releasing tensions and stress on the body and putting you back in alignment so that your body can do what it does best - find balance and heal. Coming to ray initially, I had nerve pain, pins and needles, muscle weakness, fatigue, ocular migraines, heart palpitations, difficulty breathing. Every system in my body seemed to be struggling from nerves, digestion and respiratory. After just one session with Ray I noticed a massive shift - I no longer had the ocular migraines which made it difficult to even look straight ahead because of my Light sensitivity. My parents even commented on how my entire face had changed, i didn’t look in pain anymore! My shoulders and chest were back in alignment, which made it easier to breathe and oxygenate my body - instantly I felt I had more energy and my muscles were less fatigued. My anxiety decreased massively as I felt like my posture no longer reflected that of someone who was retracting from the world and afraid but instead was lifted and confident - back to how I felt before. It was like I had a “return to me” moment. I had spent a long time in a constant state of underlying panic and had done talk therapy, meditation, yoga etc and nothing has had such a profound effect as my session with Ray. My only regret is not contacting Ray sooner. He is an expert at what he does, incredibly warm and welcoming and after spending countless amounts of money and time trying to find a solution to my problems I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Ray and this treatment to anyone who is dealing with physical or emotional distress / pain as I feel entirely confident they will not be left disappointed. And I have tried just about everything at this point! I just wish more of us had access to Rays knowledge and treatment methods and so many of us didn’t have to spend so much time chasing our tail with outdated systems and methods before we come across someone like Ray. Before I went to see Ray I had started to loose hope and was begrudgingly residing myself to a life with pain and limitations. I now have hope and am confident in my bodies abilities to heal and for me to live a life without limitations - thanks to Ray.

Working with Ray has been the biggest game changer in my career as a professional athlete. I am a 32 year old professional footballer who has been struggling with injuries the last few years due to biomechanical and postural issues. In the first session Ray saw my fundamental alignment problems and outlined our plan over the next few weeks. Since then we have embarked on a huge transformation that has improved my posture, biomechanics and countless other areas of my movement and function too.
