*BRILLIANT* Firstly you never know how good a care company is until you experience a bad one. Rapid care looked after my nan 4 times a day for just over a year. They were trustworthy, reliable and kind. Their attention to detail is beyond exceptional. Cleanliness both in themselves, the client and the property was always spotless. The ease with being able to make contact when needed, gave reasurrance to both the family and my nan. Devestated they were not able to assist with the care after Social Services decided nan needed a two person call on each visit and they just do not have the staff availability. They cared for my Mum for the last months of her life and we couldn't have asked for a better company. Equally professional and compassionate they soon became more like family than support workers. I can't imagine how we'd have coped without them and will always be grateful.
