First class in every way. Friendly and polite reception. Clean and comfortable environment and there’s parking outside! Charlotte is an exceptional podiatrist, knowledgeable, caring, interested and thorough. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and I highly recommend her (I have and had great feedback).

Charlotte is brilliant: she is enquiring and thoughtful and focused on how to improve my foot health. She has tried to get to the bottom of my problem and made workable suggestions for me to help myself. I know she has discussed the issue with a colleague and they are both feeding into the diagnosis. Her patient relationship is excellent.

Absolutely superb service from the staff at Coltishall Randall's. Excellent reception from Caroline and Gloria was a brilliant practioner. Explained everything and was very personable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with foot issues.

Because I have a low pain threshold, the chap liked to insult me a lot. He couldn't seem to understand how someone didn't enjoy pain! I think he was disgusted with me, even though I paid £400 for the experience. I would never go back!

I have been having treatment with Randell's for over a decade, every 6 weeks. I do not have issues with my feet now, I used to have problems but no more. Steve & latterly his wife Karen Randell have provided first class care. You always get what you pay for which is excellent foot care.

A friend advised me to seek treatment from Randells for what I thought were ingrowing toenails that I could deal with myself. What did I know!! Needed Charlotte's expert professionalism to sort me out, stop the pain and restore real comfort to my feet. For over 70 years I'd assumed I had no problems. Arrogant and in pain! Don't put up with it. Get help from the professionals. I wish I'd done it earlier!
