I have recently had a session of 'tapping' with Rachel to tackle some anxiety issues I have had for some time. After trying to use talking therapy to work through the problem with no success I wanted to try an alternative approach.

I am overwhelmed by the results after just one hour session. The calming and professional setting along with Rachel's caring and sensitive manner put me at ease at once.

The process of 'tapping'was fascinating and explored many emotions during the session. Unlike any other therapy I have undertaken, I left the session feeling uplifted and hugely positive.

Rachel supported me with emotions I was having from PTSD with depression and anxiety.
Rachel was incredibly understanding, patient, kind and supportive. She listened to me intently in order to be able to help me the best she can and adapted the wording throughout the EFT to work with how I was feeling at each stage.
I felt as though a cloud had been lifted from above me after that first session. My whole body language was notably changed and I felt calm and relaxed.
