My mums has been physically abused and neglected at this home. Investigations are still ongoing but unfortunately, with mum being non-verbal following a severe stroke at 62. It’s our word against them. Although after the alleged physical attack on mum . I installed a Ring indoor cam and captured the nurse giving my mum who is fed through a tube in her stomach, water from the toilet. The manager is a horrible man who has shouted at my mum and been cruel. Again captured on camera. The majority of the carers are horrible, bar a handful. Please do not send your loved ones here.

My lovely sister went into the Trees nursing home in august 2023. Our family and friends cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness to all of us. They were so caring and professional and they made my beloved sisters passing so much easier knowing when we were not there she was well cared for. They also cared for the rest of us when we were stunned and broken. Thank you all of you...Tracey and family x
