Called for an emergency appointment this afternoon for my 6 year old daughter to be given one for the same evening. Cannot fault the receptionists- each time I've called they have been more than helpful and understanding. I really do go by you must speak as you find and in all of the years I cannot fault this practice!

Dr Ahmad rude and arrogant. Made an official complaint via the practice manager they couldn't be bothered to follow NHS rules on complaints. Fobbed me off when I followed my complaint up. Sent a further 2emails with no response from anyone this is typical. Just waiting for medical ombudsman to start looking into complaints again then I will let them deal with it. My advice find a better practice who knows you may live longer.

Further update the receptionist is happy to let a 2 week old baby go unseen because she decided the doctor didn't have time to make a phone call for a baby yes a baby struggling to breath. Thank you very much quincy rise my granddaughter has spent 2 days in hospital on oxygen because the doctor's receptionist is fully medically trained and decides that babies at 2 weeks old that hadn't slept or red for over 24 hours wasn't worth interrupting a poor under worked GP make a decision. Whoever the receptionist was I hope you're happy you put a baby at risk with your high and mighty attitude. Maybe some day you will be in a similar situation as how you feel when an ambulance rocks up at your door and immediately whisks a baby to A&E. Thanks for nothing. Thanks to 111 for actually caring unlike the *that operate out of this surgery

The Doctor's openly lie and make your life a living hell. The majority of but not all receptionists are rude, obstructive and disrespectful. Absolutely no empathy on show at all. False testament and wrong medication issued. Never at fault, incompetent and unprofessional.

I have been a, patient at this surgery over thirty years. What happened to the friendly efficient staff?

Impossible to get them to understand what your ringing for or any sympathetic help.

My medical exemption expired Seven months ago & so far I have followed their instructions: collect form, complete & return to us. FOUR TIMES. When I ring & battle through the new tediously long telephone system they tell me to ring NHS England & to Google their number.

Well I wonder where they are sending these forms (if they are doing anything at all with them?) As surely it can't be a coincidence that four have gone missing?

If/ when fined I shall be forwarding the fine to Quincy Rise.

Initially rang for an appt after finding an abnormal mole on my back , only to find I cdn t get an appt for 2 weeks- then after a chat with the nurse was put in 2 days later to see nurse / doctor and 20 mins later the problem was resolved. Cannot praise the nurse / doctor for their care and professionalism.....had previously visited over 5 years ago.....not a good experience ....but was amazed at the change in the practice. Keep up the good work! Very impressed !

Dr. Bashorun is a god awful doctor. Told my partner he's a liar and that his spine pain is non existent and had the audacity to laugh in his face when he asked to be referred to a specialist. Disgusted

My partner was left in tears by Dr Ahmed who failed to fulfill his duty of care. He was rude and lacked any empathy. He claimed he couldn't make an emergency referral to the specialist who she is already seeing (despite that being the specialists advice). Sent to A&E with a hand written note that had no information regarding her complaint. 4hr wait to be told by A&E that only the GP can make a referral. Appalling and no wonder the NHS is suffering

Call at 8.05am Monday morning ... 3rd in the que ... call gets answered at 8.15am only to be told there is no more appointments for the morning! HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS DO YOU RELEASE IN 15 MINS FFS ITS IMPOSSIBLE! They want you to go down other avenues when its the DOCTOR you need to see!. Terrible but it seems no other surgery has praise sang about them either ... this is what will eventually lead to privatisation ... poor NHS service!
