I’m here with my 10 months old who’s got a high fever. Appointment was booked for 16:15 and we arrived here 2 minutes before. It’s been more than 30 minutes and we’re yet to be attended to. This is the second time I’m having this experience

I am writing this on behalf of my 88 year old neighbour. She had an appointment with the Nurse at this Practice on Tues 31 October 2023, for them to change the dressing on her leg and to inspect her leg to make sure it is no longer infected. On arriving, she booked in. However, after waiting over half an hour to be called, she went to the Receptionist to ask why she hadn't been seen. On checking the Receptionist informed her there was no Nurse there to do it! This is totally appalling. My neighbour made the appointment in good faith, had to get a neighbour to give her a lift to the doctors and wait for her, only to be told this. Disgraceful behaviour from a health care facility.

Absolute rude reception staff who think they are some kind of authority. I called up and ask for my vaccines to be read out and Monica replied with “we are not a call centre I’m running a busy phone line.” Get a new job then Monica if you can’t be bothered to do your job! Absolutely vile. Not what you would expect from a service that is meant to help you.

Very poor if you haven’t got ansirety I’m 100percent sure these guys will give you it. On the phone 19th in the cue one hour Later still number 18 in the cue. Cancel your appointments as if you have all the time to just turn up when it suits them just keep crossing it out of your diary. Need I really have to carry on. Blah blah there must be better surgery’s out there. 😊
