Really pleased how I'm treated hear as a patient especially with preventative medical care. There is caring, diligent, friendly staff from GP to admin. Also any information I might need has always been delivered.

I've been at this practice for eight years and I should of moved long ago. I've had misdiagnosis to not caring.They need new doctors. All you receive is very poor service from past there best doctors and non caring staff. They don't even deserve the one star rating

Generally a good practice, but where it falls down badly is the inordinate amount of time they take to answer the phone, sometimes as long as 40 minutes while you listen to canned music and an annoying, repetitive recorded voice telling you how important your call is. I totally refuse to believe that nobody can answer the phone faster than this.

We have had such a bad experience with this GP. Where to start? Hard to speak to a GP, difficult to book an appointment, rude and unhelpful reception staff. I am a professional myself and for any person who does not work within the NHS/social care this process by this GP can be very oppressive. I asked for a subject access request (which anyone can do) and the case recordings are not a true reflection of what happened which we have records of also.
Very disappointed when your meant to trust these people.

Nobody is perfect, but compared to many surgeries in the area this one is very good. At least the receptionists are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to solve problems or explain things, which isn't the norm in some practices, believe me, quite the opposite.

Tried to get through for hours yesterday. Eventually got through was told no appointments till next week. As its urgent I was told to ring at 9am next day. Couldn't get through again fihalf an hour. Was told they hadn't been busy but all appoint.entd had gone. Was told next Wednesday is next appointment. As its urgent told to ring 111. Totally useless.

Been to this surgery all my life, really friendly helpful receptionists and my doctor always helps me and takes time to help me, I wouldn't go anywhere else
