Just had an appointment with Janet the Radiologist, probably the best service I had from NHS. She went beyond her duty and arranged an additional x-ray appointment for me there and then. With her experience, that concluded my mysteries I am experiencing for months! THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND HELP!

I had a very unpleasant experience today at this hospital. It was so horrifying, and painful that I'm lost for words. Not even mentioning the abruptness of the receptionist where I had a scan...the Dr who performed ultrasound was very abrupt, super forceful..I felt absolutely helpless, in pain, and violated.

So poorly run. Lack of management training results in poor service time and time again.
Arrived at hospital within an hour of the scheduled closing time for their phleb service and I find a hand written note on the ticket machine for bloods. Why can’t they use a software ticketing service like other hospitals to save wasted time and effort trekking all this way. Or- just stick to their opening hours listed online?
