I called for an appointment the receptionist was very polite and kind on the phone and made an appointment. On arrival at the practice again reception are great, efficient, polite and helpful. The doctor I saw was great, gave me very clear explanations of thier process and recommendations. Very positive and reassuring experience. Thanks.

I speak from both past and recent experience, where this practise absolutely exceeded my expectation. Making an appointment to be seen on the same day was very straightforward. The doctor showed empathy and care when listening to my concerns. He arranged blood and other tests with Addenbrookes Hospital for the same day, with thankfully normal results returned in 5 days. Thank you QEMP & Addenbrookes Hosptal, you absolutely delivered.

Patient harm and distress. NHS England guidelines not followed. Whole practice decision made regarding a group of patients, which is against guidelines, and was made prior to seeing patient. GP lacked empathy, more concerned with talking about the working to rule hours. Ignored the visible distress of the patient in front of her. I used to think this practice was good and considered switching. Absolutely not now. Patient has different serious clinical issues, but is now avoiding returning to this surgery, risking their health in another respect. Avoid.

Very rude admin staff. Not interested in listening to or understanding the patient's problem. Diagnosing the patient's condition even before a professional GP can. Doesn't seem like they want to treat patients. Found it difficult to even get a prescription.

It's a good practice but it needs to provide blood tests, sending people to a tent in a park and ride isn't acceptable. Blood tests are a basic service that are expected to be provided at a GP surgery.

They have extremely poor management and poor administration.
I needed a prescription for my special need disabled child ( a medicine without which he doesn’t sleep ) and I took them 3 days to get it signed by the doctor.
Because of their poor management I suffer both and physically.

It's a busy GP, but the service is worth it. It's true that the desk assistants seem a bit stressed, but they are very kind and helpful, especially at the practice itself.

And for me the highlight is Dr. Ronak Patel: always efficient, kind with words, incredibly knowledgeable... A master at his trade.

Honestly cannot rate our medical practice high enough!
They have been absolutely amazing ever since we registered and really helpful. I have no complaints.
All of the staff we have encountered have been awesome & we’ve been well looked after whenever we’ve needed anything.
