A very good surgery 1. I see Dr McGrath who is excellent. She listens to your needs carefully. And is very professional and .caring about explaining the position and a diagnosis she has reached. The receptionist who have quite a tough time over the phone I imagine are brilliant they tend to your needs immediately. Outstanding practice, especially compared with our old GP surgery when we lived in Kent. If we ever have a semi-emergency they are always able to squeeze any member of the family in as best they can.

We have needed to use the practice quite a lot in the couple of years since moving here and have never had anything but fantastic service.

Gp was horrible, no professionalism at all , no empathy, he changed my painkillers without my consent and refused to prescribe the medication I was on previously which was the only thing that helped with my pain. He conveyed the message through receptionist that he cannot prescribe it. I will not recommend this practice.

After moving home and being with the same practice for 30 years I have been pleasantly surprised with the professional, efficient and friendly service I have received from Quedgeley Medical Centre. Registration was easy and every interaction with the practice has been positive and straightforward. Reception team helpful. Dr Kaasula listened to my issues and was great. Nurses friendly. No complaints and a great improvement from my previous Doctor Surgery. So glad I am a patient here

Have been with since early 2017 when moved to locally. Have always been really good, friendly receptionists, GP and practice nurses really helpful. Have a young family, so have used them for various ages. Have always been able to get an appointment when required. Phone lines and appointments seem slower recently, perhaps higher volume of patients as highly reccomended. Still a great surgery.
