So I have to leave my son to be sick for days so is worthwhile our GP time in the mean time go to the pharmacy including for antibiotics for an under 2 years old! Great! I had no idea that the pharmacist hand over antibiotics like that! But what about me wanting to be safe and get my son to the Doctor so he can tell me that he is ok not guessing! For the past 4 years I tried to avoid GP because I don’t feel that I am taking seriously or that my health matters! Just change your job if that hurt or rest or take some vitamins that won’t work anyway because you are not listening to me when I say that that won’t work like that! Superficial all of it! Now I treat myself at home guessing what to get and what to do! To embarrass to call GP for my needs I got to a point where I can barely sustain my own body let alone care for house , kids etc ! Thank you very much for your help ! I will go to pharmacy!

Absolutely horrendous service, on several occasions I've been on hold for over an hour just to be hung up on, and when told by 111 to expect a call back within 6 hours, they make me wait a full day TO NOT CALL, AND TELL ME THAT ITS NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO MATTER

Day 3 of a kidney infection, left urine sample at drs they sent it to the lab didn't even test it at the surgery.
Was told I'd get a prescription sent to asda chemist never appeared now making me wait longer when a kidney infection can lead to sepsis.

Absolute joke been on phone now multiple times and still no call back been trying to speak to a Dr now since 8 this morning all I keep getting is the same snotty woman saying I'm on the list I'll get a call. When next year I very rarely go to or seek my gp for help might have been easier to go accident and emergency and sit there for 6 hours just to get told my gp could deal with my issue what a joke the system really is

I have left this practice because of their lack of interest in helping patients. They also earlier this year told me that because I had already been to a stop smoking clinic and relapsed and I had asked for help as it's been difficult to do alone with so much going on and so much stress I needed help some other ways because after infections my airways were left week and they refused to treat this because I relapsed and smoked they refused to offer any other help with all this and said tough they only have one doctor and he is rude and is not very helpful at all I would not have even gave 1 star but had to to be able to get to type this horrid review. I have since found a better surgery.

Racial discrimination is very serious, making appointments is very difficult, telephone calls are often unanswered, applications for commonly used prescription drugs are often rejected, there is a lack of communication channels, complaints and suggestions are not accepted, and people with disabilities are stigmatized and discriminated against. The picture shows the expulsion of patients
