I took time to write this as I wanted to keep emotion out of it and not sound angry. Dad wanted to pass at home they secured me a night sitter was called out 4x they even let my dad stagger to foyer none of this was recorded and when I took it up with them I was basically called a liar. I am not a carer and should have been guided by day visits none of this happened he should have been moved to prevent sores and checked. It was the most exhausting and difficult time one girl told me they are here on Visa but have to stay 5 years or be deported she didn't like tje job. The one saving grace is Victoria she hadn't been before it was two days before my dad passed. She gave me a massive cuddle as I was broken and said let's wash him together she spoke to him throughout and I will never forget her kindness and care if your in the position I was in either keep a record put in a camera when your not there or ask for Victoria

Possibly the worst care company on earth! SAFEGUARDING CONCERNS on numerous occasions giving elderly people frozen ready meals straight out of freezer. Shouting and abusing their clients chucking soiled incontinence pads underneath clients beds because they can't be bothered to put them in the bin. Also leave doors open/unsecured and key codes unchanged for anybody to get keys to access there property for dementia clients to walk out at night times after being put to bed. Careers seem to have no experience in care

My mother in law sadly passed away peacefully on 17 July 2022. On her few final months Qualitcare have been looking after her. I must say that they are an excellent company, first class service. Their service from call handlers to a team of carers are truly professional, friendly, very respectful and caring. My mother in law was in a safe hand at all times. We are truly grateful with Qualitcare. Thank you very much for making her final month's and us, her children's bearable.
