Frequently use the Qfit gym. Staff are always welcoming and supportive. 1:1 PT sessions with Dave or Charlie are tailored to your abilities and goals, they are both very supportive and encouraging, they push you to get the best out of each session. Lovely friendly atmosphere. A very comfortable place to be.
