A small gym that's good for cardio, but extremely limited for weights and resistance machines. I guess the price is based on the location more than the facilities, but still it feels a bit too high given the lack of equipment.

Also the showers have a lot steps, some of which are hard to see (I have a couple of bruises now, thanks). When I finally got to one, passed the several out of order ones, the water was icy. There was a temperature control but the hot water pressure was so low as to practically not run at all.

Overall I'd only recommend it if you're already a PureGym member somewhere else and are using this one occasionally. I wouldn't take out membership just for this.

I've been a member of this gym since July 2020, and sadly the quality of these facilities degraded over time: machines are being continuously replaced with worse analogs (e.g. last year a smith machine was replaced with another one with a shorter range of movement, made in 2013 with visible rust, see the photo), water in male shower rooms is getting colder and colder (sometimes showers can be shut down for a week), there's no mobile reception at the gym, and the local wifi barely works. Going to this gym at 6-7pm on Mon-Wed is impossible because the amount of equipment is insufficient for all members at this time.
I flagged my concerns at the end of 2023 when I received a feedback form from PureGym, and to my surprise the response was basically discarding all of my points and claiming that everything functions properly.
To sum up, I don't anticipate any positive changes coming to this gym, so I've switched to another [non-PureGym] gym in the area, where for the same price I can enjoy 24x7 opening time, sauna, brand new equipment, great wifi connectivity and get motivated by professional athletes working out next to me.

Bye Pure GymπŸ₯² Maybe one day you'll change for the better.

I really enjoyed this gym during my stay in London. I had visited many gyms (more expensive but way more crowded) around the area but this one is really by far the best for my personal needs: it is not crowded, has all necessary equipment, very clean, and has a really good price with a possibility to have one month membership which is not easy to find. The stuff is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for this experience!

I have been going for a few months. Overall, I think it is good value for money given the prices for other gyms in the area seem to be much higher. They have used up all the available space quite well, but because of the area almost everyone attends at exactly the same hours, meaning you often have to line up for equipment or go looking for weights that people leave lying around. The cleaner is always hard at work but the toilets are usually a bit stinky. But that's also because men insist on peeing all over the toilet instead of in it. Staff I have interacted with have been excellent.

I was a member of Soho Gym before it was bought by Pure Gym and I was apprehensive regarding the take-over. I was pleased to see that several of the Soho Gym staff have been retained as they were one of the reasons I joined originally. I was also pleased that they kept the majority of equipment/weights so there is still a good selection (I go off-peak so never any issues with it being too busy - in fact at some times it can be rather lonely). I was disappointed that the toilets and showers have not been updated but hope they will be considering this in future. I also miss the sauna but I understand the economics of getting rid of it. In summary, this is a great gym, at a very competitive price, with a good selection of equipment that is deserted if you are able to go off-peak.

My favourite GYM, very friendly staff who are easy to get along with. The GYM is not big, but it also doesn't get too busy so it's just right for me. Good amount and variety of machines and equipment too.
