I have had the best experience at Pure Physio. Helen has been amazing. She swiftly diagnosed my issue and provided excellent hands on treatment to rectify the problem, providing advice, exercises and pilates which have all helped with my difficulty. She was the only physio who was able to understand and diagnose the issue correctly (I saw other physios not based at pure physio who were not effective).
Following physio I began training with Teri, who has been excellent too. She works with my limitations, slowly building my confidence and strength. I have begun to enjoy exercise for the first time. I couldn't be where I am now without Helen and Teri's help

The team at Pure Physio are brilliant. As a sporty family we've had our share of aches, pains and injuries all of which have been superbly managed by Tom and / or his team. From a sprained ankle to bad backs, knees and more we've been up and back at 'em in no time at all. Can't recommend highly enough.

I've only been attending Physiotherapy sessions with Nick for 3 weeks but can honestly say I wish I had started months ago! In just 3 weeks my leg has made more progress than I could ever have imagined and i'm excited to get back into my running routine in a few more weeks.
Definitely would recommend Pure Physio looking for great treatment and instant results!

I walked into Tom’s clinic and I couldn’t stand up, couldn’t walk properly, spasming and locking up and in allot of pain. Twenty four hours later after treatment and acupuncture, I am standing up and walking around. Tom is an incredible physiotherapist!!
