First time as a new, emergency patient today. I was made to feel very welcome and experienced friendly and professional service from the telephone call to make the appointment, to leaving the surgery afterwards.
I felt at ease and everything was fully explained to me by the Dentist so I understood the treatment.

Pure Dental Care has been fantastic with me ever since we joined the surgery some 10 years ago. I saw dentist Sarah this week. An old inlay had broken off; Sarah sent it to the lab to be sandblasted and etched and fixed it back on again- and at minimal cost to me. A new one would have cost hundreds! Sarah always tries to save teeth and never gives the hard sell to do unnecessary and expensive cosmetic work. Her work is of a very high standard and she goes the extra mile for her patients. I strongly recommend Sarah and Pure Dental Care.

Another visit to Pure Dental Care, this time to have a root canal filling and a tooth extraction and I hardly felt a thing. It was almost "a pleasure" to go to the dentist ! Once numbed, I just lay back in the chair and relaxed. This time it was Doctor Christine who undertook the work. The whole company is excellent, professional, caring, willing to explain everything and thinks of everything in case of problems afterwards. I have to say, though, that I have never had any after problems with this dental practice. Thank you again Sarah and Christie.
