I scheduled an appointment in PERSON and they somehow forgot to log it. Didn’t find out until the week after when trying to check in, so I was just turned away. Thanks PUSH! Good to know you care!

My eye was all swollen and pink, had no clue if it was contagious, when I went to book an appointment they said the fastest they could do is September 3rd. The current date was August 21st. Don't know if I had something contagious that I could've spread to somebody or what. Terrible place don't expect anything.

Dr. Joya spent the entirety of our appointment talking over me and rambling out random things i need to try without clear direction. she didn't let me get a word in for the entire appointment until the end when i mentioned another doctor i saw (a specialist for the issue i was having) said something completely different, she said oh what I didn't know you saw them. She would have known if she asked me any questions instead of talking at me the whole time. She then discussed the possibility of me having 4-5 different issues, one which is a completely life altering condition without taking a breath in between them. Every time I interjected her ramble she completely disregarded what I said. If I was more of an anxious person I think I would have burst out in tears at the end of the appointment. Would not recommend!

I've come here frequently for x-rays and I'm always able to get in quickly, and get pictures of my bones right away. I can't say much for the other services offered, but the x-rays are cheaper and faster than going elsewhere.

I am a first year and was confused on where to pick up my medication, I asked if this was the place and they said no and directed me to the aerospace engineering building. They were also wearing there mask as a headband.

Purdue CAPS has not only not helped me at all, but made my problems significantly worse. When I expressed my issues they said they told me I should go somewhere that could help me a little more, which is fine but they then refused to treat me in the mean time and left me alone when I needed help the most. The PUSH center also sucks. It takes so long to get an appointment and when you have a long term issue they make you start from scratch every single appointment so nothing ever gets resolved.

I’d say my experience with health care professionals are always good. But this stupid no show fee makes it super difficult (they immediately charge you $25 and reschedule you for an appointment two weeks later). Also nobody want to be late on purpose - I saw so many students waited in line then got to counter like 1 mins late then got charged. Whoever feels “but yea you should arrive earlier”: students run to PUSH between classes (or even have to skip classes) for appointments. We are not some retired people who came to hospital one hour in advance. Just be more considerate.
