Poor care was provided by this company. Many times I have visited and found food on the floor, my mum’s underwear in the bin, and they refused to put the rubbish in the correct bins, which is a problem because they do not get emptied. My mum also complained that they were leaving without giving her medication, cooking, and leaving food out on the surfaces. My mum got rats.

We had a meeting with a manager named Latoya, and she was extremely unprofessional during the meeting, especially when discussing the care being provided to my mum. There were many tasks left undone, and during the meeting, Latoya was laughing and even stormed out. It was completely unprofessional.

Do not use this company for care!
