I asked Matthew to review my Medical Insurance as I was considering cancelling the renewal based on the higher premiums being quoted by my existing broker. Within a few hours Matthew had clarified with me the cover I had, checked with multiple providers to see if there was a more cost effective alternative offering the same cover (even going back to the existing provider to see if he could get a lower premium as no claims had been made) and finally tweaking the private hospitals available should treatment be necessary with my consent, which resulted in a significant reduction of monthly cost and an annual saving of over £700.
