Great experience. I was unable to see an NHS GP despite hours of trying, then quickly booked a same-day private GP call with Private Medical Clinic (with Shamila). They were very efficient and helpful: a prescription was issued straight after the call, which I was able to fill, and take the first dose of, within an hour of the call ending. I would definitely use this service again if needed.

I had a fantastic experience at the Private Medical Clinic in Jesmond. Dr. Shivani was very kind and professional. I was concerned about some unexplained fatigue, and Dr. Shivani suggested a series of blood tests, including iron levels and vitamin D. She was extremely helpful and provided great advice. I felt very well taken care of. I'm headed back for the remainder of my treatment soon.

I recently visited the Private Medical Clinic in Jesmond and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Shivani was incredibly kind and attentive. The staff are very friendly, however.
I contacted them regarding specific medication for my partners mental health issues, the person i spoke put me on hold to check with the doctor, i was told they could prescribe this and they new a pharmacist that could prescribe it.
Unfortunately when we had the appointment we were told by the doctor that they could not prescribe it.
This was certainly not a pleasant experience for us, we feel we paid for a consultation that was of no use due to being given incorrect information. It is highly unlikely that we will return or recommend

The staff were really nice and helpful and the doctor was extremely polite and the best Dr I have ever seen in my life so understanding and she knew what she was doing at all the time I was there for my blood test If I ever needed to see a professional doctor I would recommend this place 100% and If I lived locally this is the place and the doctor I would have look after me definitely 100%
