Excellent service from Podiatrist David, had a needling procedure completed and all went well. Excellent communication prior, during and post procedure. Reigate clinic is clean and staff are friendly.

I don’t often respond to reviews however on this occasion I’d like to say that my visit yesterday at West Byfleet with Dr Burton was probably the best experience a patient can ask for. I felt that, for the first time in along while, I was listened to and treated with upmost kindness and professionalism. I was carefully examined and reassured, presented with options which were explained and my blood test was done on the spot, meaning that it saved everyone a lot of time and unnecessary anguish. I left comfortable knowing that someone had taken me seriously and was willing to help me to understand why I need to visit a GP in the first place. I would highly recommend Dr Burton and the friendly practice team to my friends and family.

I did appreciate the kindness of and efficiency of the receptionist when l arrived out of breath at the Reigate practice.
The 15 minute consultation was informative and thorough, with Dr MacGilligan at Reigate.

The only greavence was the application form which arrived too late for me to book in at the West Byfleet Clinic and thus l was not aware that l should have signed in my car registration. l had no time to sit down or read any notices which may have been on the wall.

Michelle who was assessing me
had to fill in my details. She asked me to give my car registration which she typed in.

Both myself and another patient both filled in the forms after eventually receiving them, but when asked to press the 'send' instruction, it failed to allow the information to be sent (for the other patient and myself) when l filled the form in at Reigate.

I have now been sent a £100 parking fine due to the fault of the system not my fault. This has left me distressed.

The professional side deserved 5 start but l am only giving
3 stars due to the circumstances of being fined.

A very positive first experience at GP clinic in West Byfleet. My son was examined by Dr Martin Thornton: he was punctual, carried out a scrupulous examination of chest, throat and ears, very gentle attitude and took the time to clearly explain the dysfunction my son is experiencing and the treatment

Saw Cassie the GP and she was absolutely lovely, kind and empathic I would always see her in future. The Reception Staff were also absolutely lovely and helpful. Many thanks guys

URGENT BLOOD TEST, Sub-par service!
My experience with this clinic is been awful.
I was dealing with a large hematoma post surgery which I didn't know at the time but was feeling very poorly due to that.
I needed urgent blood tests and was willing to pay around £250 as we were assured we will get either same day or next day results by 12pm.
However the clinic didn't meet their own timelines. Results were provided 2 days later.
During that time my health continued to deteriorate. Not knowing what was wrong with me and not been able to get medical help was frustrating.
I had to chase them several times to check if the results had arrived.
I was told next day around 5pm that 2 of the 3 tests are ready and can be emailed to me, so I waited but they never came that day.

When we paid for the test results, we were told if there's any abnormalities we will receive a phone call prior to the delivery of the results.
The next morning test results were sent to me but no phone call to warn me to explain to me about the abnormalities in there.
I went through a lot of mental physical and mental trauma in those days.
My blood tests were done 12th of December, and I received a phone call about the mention of abnormalities on the 18th.
Due to all this inconvenience I hoped someone with get back to me and try to appease the below par service but that didn't happen.
I did write an email to ask for a refund but it wasn't considered.

This clinic will take your money, not fulfil its obligations on timeliness or level of service.

If you are after a premium service since paying premium for it, consider going elsewhere.

So efficient seen within 36 hours of booking. Kind and considered GP and felt listened to. Definitely worth every penny for peace of mind
