Oak Ward were amazing when we were supporting a patient, visits were well supported. Care and facilities top quality, lovely friendly clinical and support staff that have a tough job sometimes. We were even given Christmas dinner on a visit. Specialise in female support, angels of the north. Many thanks.

Birch Ward. Constant alarms going on on other wards. Patients constantly making noise outside of their rooms at all hours. Staff remained shut in their staffroom. Escorted leave cancelled without being communicated to patient. Poor communication overall by staff. Even tiniest thing is too much for them. Some staff asleep in shift. Staff from other wards seemed to be nicer, and cover staff on weekends were of the 'nightclub bouncer' type who immediately escalated confrontations. Assaulted by patient and nothing was done to stop it even though staff were right there. Medical needs not met, and no assistance given when physically struggling. Assistance with communicating with outside world was not given. Computers and telephone didn't work.

Sycamore ward is an awful place, abusive patients and corrupt staff, can’t wait to get off this ward. Staff coming in without name badges, rotation of staff and withdrawal of personal belongings, forced medication, could write a book on how Sycamore ward is. Only a handful of staff have actually been helpful

I was on this ward a couple of years ago for 6 weeks staff was so supportive especially when I was on 1-1 they helped me learn new techniques to cope never been back to hospital since I left here they did me good

Ahh Thoburn Ward. Run by freemasonry, this is a place where trapped souls venture. “Staff” and “patients” doing everything they can to impose FEAR into the unfortunate prisoner there. Most claim to be believers of GOD which I personally found hilarious, whilst mentally torturing there “prisoner”. Lovely place 🙂

Drugs were being dealt and property stolen. My notes. Were not forwarded. With. Me. I. Was detained for 6 days against my will. Only released when they. Refused. To face me in tribunal.
No knowledge of my cluttered speech nor my ptsd.
