I came to the priory at a very low ebb with high anxiety and stress levels caused by a few life changing circumstances cumulating at the same time.
Through a series of sessions with Carleen and Lavinia my stress and anxiety has disappeared. I feel I am back to the person I was before the issues arose and I’ve not only come away with practical advice, I’ve learned new ways to be able to identify potential trip ups and help myself to deal with them and sail past them.

I had Steve Benton as the therapist and he was brilliant. He spent c. three months with me over this winter working through various situations. The sessions were very helpful and the tools he taught me to use have had a profound change on my wellbeing.

Steve came to the meetings very prepared and took detailed notes - often bringing up information that I had provided 5 or 6 sessions prior to ensure the sessions remained consistent. Hard for me to get into the details but every session was focused on a particular problem and he patiently brought me up to speed with the various tools / frameworks that have been extremely helpful.

I can't thank him enough for all that he did. A very kind man.

From my very first meeting with Helen, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease, working at a pace which never felt rushed. She helped me understand my thoughts and behaviours by coming to recognise these myself, rather than being told what was 'wrong' with me. I came to look forward to my sessions, as Helen has a friendly, calming manner, and instinctively knew when to step it down a gear when needed.
I would recommend without hesitation.
